Правила доменов .PE
The .pe extension is the internet country code top level domain of Peru, and the registration service is managed by the Red Científica Peruana (RCP). PE- NIC is the authority which registers the third level domain names under the .pe domain. Domain names are assigned on a first-come first-serve basis.
Any person, including foreigners, can register a third level domain under .pe. There are no restrictions regarding the number of domain names one can apply for. Any combination of a maximum of 20 characters is allowed, provided that they have not been previously registered. The valid characters allowed for domain names are alphabets,digits and hyphens, provided the first and the last characters are not hyphens.
The registration of the third level domain will not be permitted if that matches with any top or second level domain. The domain registration consists of two important stages. The first one is the submission of the application for domain name registration. If there is no dispute regarding the domain name, then the second stage is carried out which is mainly the registration of the domain name as owned by the applicant. Any controversies in the use of domain names must be solved by the contending parties based on legal policies.
The subdomains allowed for .pe domains are:
- .edu.pe — for educational institutions such as universities, schools, and other institutes
- .gob.pe — for institutions and organizations pertaining to the Peruvian government
- .nom.pe — for natural persons
- .mil.pe — for agencies of the Peruvian armed forces
- .org.pe — for non- profit organizations
- .com.pe — for commercial entities
- .net.pe — Restricted to Internet Service Providers. Inorder to register in .net.pe your company must be registered with the country's authority.
